We answer consultations within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days. If more time is needed, we will notify you with the reason and the applicable legal extension. If you remain dissatisfied after contacting us, you may file a complaint with the SIC.

Sharing, international processing, security, and retention

We may use carefully selected service providers to host the site, manage communications, provide analytics, or support our operations. They act as processors under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. If data is transferred or transmitted outside Colombia, we will apply the safeguards required by Colombian law.
